Illuminating (Tango) Events with Light- und Video Projections. Combining and mixing analog and digital souces into immersive and emotinal light shows that take events to a whole new level.
Every image carries a memory.
Some originate in the physical world: flowers and trees, sky and clouds, weathered walls, fleeting reflections, forgotten objects, fragments of landscapes. Others are born entirely in the digital realm—fractals, abstract structures, generative motion, mathematical patterns. Some come from fellow artists whose work has become part of this shared visual conversation.
None of them remain unchanged.
I am interested in the space where the analog and the digital begin to contaminate one another. Familiar photographs slowly dissolve into abstraction. Perfect digital forms acquire scratches, textures, dust, and organic imperfections. Reality becomes uncertain; the artificial becomes strangely alive. I deliberately blur the distinction between what was captured and what was created.
The individual images are never the final work.
The artwork emerges only in performance, where hundreds of visual fragments become an instrument of improvisation. Like a tango musician responding to the orchestra or a dancer responding to a partner, I mix, layer, distort, reveal, and conceal these elements in real time. The visuals follow the music, but they also converse with the architecture, the light, and the people who inhabit the space.
No two performances are ever the same.
Rather than illustrating the music, I try to uncover its hidden atmosphere—the emotions between the notes, the memories between the movements, the stories that remain just out of focus.
The examples below are not finished works. They are fragments of a living visual vocabulary: raw material waiting to be transformed, recombined, and reimagined in dialogue with the music and the moment.
